Integrative Bodywork & Reiki

PHILOSOPHY
Recovery is personal.
The body leads. I listen.
No two bodies are the same, and neither is the way I work with them.
Recovery isn't passive. If something's tight, we stay there and work it. If something shifts, the work shifts with it.
MODALITIES
The Practice.
The primary therapies I use to support your recovery.

Therapeutic
Bodywork
Hands-on therapy that restores movement, relieves restriction, and supports your body's natural ability to heal.

Sports
Recovery
Combines mobility, movement, and restorative techniques to improve recovery, optimize performance, and reduce injury risk.

Reiki
The intentional direction of Xi to restore energetic balance, awaken vitality, and deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

THE EXPERIENCE
Where healing begins
Every visit starts with a quick check-in.
Then we get to work.
No two sessions are the same. Some days we're stretching. Other days we're deep into massage.
Reiki, somatic breathwork, meditation, and movement are woven into every session based on what your body needs and what you're hoping to accomplish.

ABOUT
Meet Raymond
I do this because I love watching people feel powerful.
I love watching people feel aligned. I know what it's like to feel out of sync with your body, and how long that feeling can last when nothing changes.
Recovery isn't something you should reach for only when you're hurting. It should be part of your life the same way drinking water and sleeping are. Taking care of your body is an expression of self-love.
I've spent a lot of time on the table with different practitioners over the years. What I've learned is that great bodywork is about attention. You can feel when someone is fully present, listening, and adapting the session to you instead of following a routine.
That’s the kind of practitioner I strive to be.
