What started as my own search for healing has grown into the heart of my life’s work. Years ago, I felt firsthand how powerful the connection between energy, body, and recovery can be, and it changed my life. That experience sparked my love for holistic practices that support the body’s ability to heal.

Today, I run Agua Fresca Reiki, my wellness space here in Los Angeles. It’s where I help active bodies, athletes, and anyone craving deeper mind-body balance find relief and reconnection. Every session is different, I blend Reiki, therapeutic bodywork, cupping therapy, sound healing, and energy work in ways that help you feel your best.

I’m always learning and growing this work, weaving in new techniques and old traditions alike, but the heart of it never changes: real healing comes from within. My mission is to help you feel seen, supported, and reconnected to yourself in ways that last.
