Today, I’m the founder of Agua Fresca Reiki, a wellness space in Los Angeles offering integrative recovery sessions for active bodies, athletes, and those seeking deeper mind-body alignment. My approach fuses Reiki, therapeutic bodywork, cupping therapy, sound healing, and energy work into personalized treatments designed to restore balance, ease pain, and help clients reconnect with their natural flow.

 

I’m dedicated to evolving this work, continuously integrating new techniques and traditions while remaining grounded in the belief that true healing comes from within. My mission is to help others feel seen, supported, and reconnected to their bodies in meaningful, lasting ways.
