Service Description
Two hours creates a completely different pace. Nothing has to be rushed. We have the time to stay where your body needs it, allow the work to evolve naturally, and give your nervous system space to settle before you leave. It's the session I recommend when you want the deepest level of recovery or simply want to give your body the time it deserves. Perfect for monthly recovery, major training blocks, or meaningful moments when restoration is the priority.
Cancellation Policy
As an individual practitioner, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. If you’re sick, have a fever, or any contagious symptoms, please reschedule, our health comes first. Sessions are always professional and based on mutual respect. Booking a session means you agree to these terms.
